This was written shortly after my son Matti was born. I had an obsession with the Ironman movie and was working on sketches for different inventive flying suits. Instead, I wrote this on a 109 yr old piano we only had room for in a turkey coup on our property. But Dave Mai and I found a Steinway to record on. He mic'd it with 13 high end microphones in the Bottega. And then brought in Scott Gamble and Brian Weibe to play the drums and bass. And Richard St Onge on cellos. And Jonathan Anderson on organs and guitars. A real labour of love. We then had plan to film a kickass music video involving a weather balloon over the salt flats of Utah, etc. But I got divorced instead. So nothing ever became of this marvellous creation. UNTIL NOW!!!
